Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit only.

You have 14 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. 

several types of items are exempt from being returned for store credit. All apparel, waist trimmers. workout accessories/equipment, sale items are Final Sale.

To complete your return, packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a credit one time, that item is final sale.

If item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items unless the item received was damaged. Shipping cost is nonrefundable, you will only be credited for the products.

Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item is approved or denied. Please return it in the way you received with the original packaging.
